Ensure shipment safety
The Manuka Store team shows great interest in packaging the products requested by customers, but if the product reaches you in a damaged or incomplete condition or a product different from your order, the store bears full responsibility for that. We bear the responsibility of returning the value of the product or counting it for you as a balance in your account in the store, when you contact us within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the product
Ensure product quality
Manuka Store confirms that all products sold are original and in excellent condition . If there are comments on the quality of the product, please contact customer service and we will be happy to return the value of the product or calculate it for you as a balance in your account in the store within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the product
Cancel order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we can modify or cancel the order as long as it is inside our warehouse and before shipping it. After shipping the order, you cannot modify or cancel your order.
Return or exchange the product
If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by returning the product within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving your order, but the store will not bear the shipping and return costs ,
The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused, in its original condition, and in a condition in which it can be resold. Used or damaged products will not be received as returned goods. The balance will be added or the amount will be returned to your bank account after receiving and verifying the shipment
